Overview

UdayaPath processes app information locally on your Android device. Chandan Das Studio does not collect personal data from the app, sell personal data, or share personal data with third parties.

Location access

With your permission, UdayaPath accesses foreground device location while the app is open. It uses the location to estimate local sunrise and prepare the automatic Brahma Muhurta wake alarm.

• Location access is optional and requested through Android.
• The app does not request background location.
• Saved coordinates remain on your device.
• Location is not transmitted, sold, or shared.

Information stored locally

Information you enter or create in UdayaPath may include your profile name, routine items, schedule settings, reminders, check-ins, reflections, guidance preferences, alarm settings, and saved location. This information is stored locally so the app can work offline.

Notification and exact-alarm permissions are used only to deliver the alarms and reminders you enable. Granting these permissions does not send personal information to Chandan Das Studio.

Collection and sharing

UdayaPath does not:

• send your profile, routine, progress, or location to a server;
• share app data with other users, companies, or organizations;
• use ads, behavioral tracking, or analytics services; or
• support accounts, payments, or cloud synchronization in this version.

Google Play and the Android operating system may process information independently when distributing the app or managing device permissions, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and your control

Local information remains on your device until you remove it. You can forget the saved location, delete all local app data from Settings, or uninstall UdayaPath. Because Chandan Das Studio does not receive this data, it cannot view, recover, or remotely delete it for you.

Age guidance

UdayaPath is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, does not contain targeted advertising, and does not provide social or user-to-user communication features.

Security

Keeping information on the device reduces exposure through online transmission. Device access, backups, and operating-system security are controlled by you and your device provider. No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when UdayaPath adds or changes features. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published. The Play Store Data Safety declaration will also be updated when required.
